Minimum lease for free kilometers for Estival season: Equal to or greater than six or seven days (weekly rate).
Services for short periods at Winter season: from five or less days) depending on the mileage assigned according to category (200kms per day).

Current and competent Driver's License - according to class required by law according to category
Over 25 years for Sedan Cars, SUV 4x2 Station Wagon.
Over 30 years old (or close) 4x4 SUV Station Wagon, SVT 4x4 Double Cab Pick Up and VAN & Minivans.
Essential Guarantee: Credit Card with available space for the value of the lease and deductible according to category; respective signature of the contracting party on sales notes (guarantee and payment) and corresponding charge authorization in contract.

National Companies

Acceptance of General Conditions, Signing of Lease Agreement and Annexes.
Current and competent Driver's License of the Driver - according to class required by law according to category.
Over 25 years, Sedan Car, SUV 4x2 Station Wagon.
Over 30 years old for 4x4 SUV Station Wagon and SVT 4x4 Double Cab Pick Up, VAN and Minivans.

Essential Guarantee:

A.- Credit card with available quota for the value of the lease and deductible according to category, respective signature of the contracting party in sales notes (guarantee and payment).
B.- Cash deposit for the value of the collision and lease deductible.
In both cases (A or B) it is required to send Purchase Order expressly accepting the payment of the lease

Payment Method

Recommended: Credit Card for the entire lease. Available in person and online through our payment link with Transbank S.A.
Cash: Available for deliveries in Punta Arenas. At the time of delivery of the vehicle for 100%. Available for deliveries at the airport or at our warehouse in Punta Arenas.
Recommended: Total Prepapo by Credit Card or Bank Transfer to our checking account for 100%. For deliveries in a place other than Punta Arenas (Required to send the vehicle).
Bank transfer to our current account 50% prepaid, balance at the time of delivery of the vehicle (option currently not recommended).

When to pay?:

For the rental period: Before the start of the trip (recommended to schedule the reservation and real availability) or at the time of receiving the vehicle (not recommended option).
In the event of an accident: the contract must be closed at the Agency and all charges paid by the lessee before leaving the region and/or the country.

Additional Service.

Departures abroad: Argentina, Includes Customs Permit, authorization for use outside the country of the vehicle, extension of the coverage of damage to the vehicle in trips abroad and compulsory international Limited Civil Liability Mercosur insurance:
This season our agency is offering services with departure to Argentina only for programs of at least ten to fifteen days. For shorter periods we will offer on this basis: Seven days, ten or fourteen days, three weeks or a month, information that we will provide together with the value total to be paid in the official price by email.

Spare secondary tire, available only for 4x4 double cabin light trucks daily CL$ 10.000.- Reposition rate for Lost, Theft or Robbery CL$ 200.000.- Tire and wheel.

Rate includes:

VAT 19%.
Two Drivers without additional charge. Additional Driver CL$ 5.000.- daily, Young Driver from 21 to 24 years old CL$ 7.000.-
Free kilometers for leases equal to or greater than six or seven days at high season and from five at winter time at least with 200kms daily included.
Insurance for damage to the vehicle and Limited Liability coverage with Variable Deductible at Chile and Argentina:

IMPORTANT: The deductible or insurance franchise: is a direct cost of the lessee's responsibility, which must be paid when returning the vehicle with new damages (at the time of closing the contract); regardless of whether the damages occur directly (caused by the lessee and/or authorized drivers) or indirectly (caused by a third party and/or natural events) during the rental period.

Automobiles, SUV 4x2 Station Wagon

Minor Damages: Those suffered by the vehicle, and that are valued under or up to the amount of the collision deductible.
Collision : 30 U.F. plus VAT. approx. Dollar $ 1,130.- about CLP$ 1.250.000.-
Overturning : 60 U.F. plus VAT approx. Dollar $ 2,260.- about CLP$ 2.500.000.-
Desbarrancamiento: 90 U.F. plus VAT. approx. Dollar $ 3,000.- about CLP$ 3.750.000.-
There being partial or total destruction of the vehicle. In all cases more rescue expenses and return to the origin.

Station Wagon SUV 4x4/ 4x2 and Double Cab Trucks 4x4 and VAN 6-7-8-9 PAX.

Minor Damages: Those suffered by the vehicle, and that are valued under or up to the amount of the collision deductible.
Collision: 30 U.F. plus VAT per collision. approx $ Dollar 1,130.- about CLP$ 1.250.000.-
Overturning : 60 U.F. plus VAT. approx. Dollar $ 2.260.- about CLP$ 2.500.000.-

Generalities.

Alarm in vehicles with factory equipment.
Some vehicles can be basic or full equipment.
The fuel is delivered with a full tank and is received in the same way, if there is a difference, the cost per liter is CLP $2,000.-

Not included:

Assistance in Route outside the urban radius of Punta Arenas (or Remote Areas).
Change of vehicle in case of erroneous loading of fuel u**.
Replacement of vehicle in case of accident without having paid rescue expenses, transport to origin and deductibles of the damaged vehicle.
Fuel.
Repair of flat tires and / or replacement of tires destroyed in the lease period.
Transportation of Replacement Tires or Repair Service of Punctured Tires.
Coverage of Glass (side and back glass) of the vehicle, except exemption agreement (additional service)
Transfers in Ferries.
Entrance fees to National or Foreign Parks.
Replacement of Engine Ignition Keys in case of loss.
breakage of the radiator, damage and rupture of the oil tank (crankcase) resulting in: casting of the engine; damage and breakage resulting in: casting of gearbox (transmission) without occurrence of: collision / overturning / breaking down.
**Other cases contemplated in the particular conditions of the lease.

Important recommendations:

The period required by you is in the time of greatest demand for services, please inform us of your decision, as soon as possible, in order to reserve your vehicle.
Our service includes insurance with deductible or excess, eventually you can contract complementary coverage with the issuer of your credit card before traveling for leases outside your country of origin and that contemplates use in gravel roads, sand, earth.
Take out travel insurance in case of emergencies of any kind.
The damages caused by effects of nature, especially the wind, having received the security induction when receiving the vehicle are considered deductible and are the responsibility of the lessee.
After more than one days from the issuance of this response, please request the revalidation of the quote, in order to confirm real availability.

Notes to consider:

I.- Reservations prepaid by the lessee and confirmed by the agency are scheduled, ensuring the real reservation.
II.- Reservations confirmed by the agency and that have not been prepaid remain with the status of stand by/waiting.
They may be canceled by the agency without giving cause at any time.
III.- Quotes not confirmed by the agency do not constitute a reservation.
IV.- Telephone calls and/or what's app messages in which general information is provided do not constitute a reservation.
V.- Required age: from 25 years for Cars and 4x2 SUVs and from 30 years for SUV 4x4 Station Wagon/ SVT 4x4 Double Cab Truck
and VAN 1+6, 1+7, 1+8 PAX.
VI.- Refund for No Show, having paid the full value, you must consult with your travel insurance for claims for any event.
VII.- Delayed Pick Up or Early Drop Off maintains the reported rate (quoted) for the same amount.
VIII.- Due to customs regulations, it is not possible to change the vehicle under any circumstances in Argentina.
IX.- In the case of accidents of any kind abroad, the vehicle must be transported by crane to its point of origin in Chile,
This charge is the direct responsibility of the tenant to pay.
